“Freedom” is allowing others to be FREE!

All the latest rage is the issue with America’s pullout from

Afghanistan!

I think people have to understand this is the one thing Joe Biden definitely got right that Trump already started, this definitely needed to happen but not for all the reasons I think people are talking about all over the news.

The citizens of Afghanistan are going to at some point defend themselves! That will take them to also at some point decide which is more important to them:

Personal Freedoms?

or

Religious Identity?

America used to be a religious stalwart, however never anything like the countries where Islam rule, but Christianity had a stronghold on our country. It has been the backbone of slavery since slavery was a thing. Regardless of the denomination Catholic to Baptist, the bible has been just as responsible for lashes on the backs of slaves, as was the overseer delivering them.

The difference between the 2 Christianity and Islam though is just that DENOMINATIONS! There is not just 1 Christian church throw the proverbial rock and you will hit at least 10 different iterations of Christianity at least top. Luckily for Blacks, not all “Christians” were on the same page!

In the original cradle of religion, Islam is the religion that has changed the least, and honestly, I think that is a GOOD thing. I think at its core Islam is about Love & Peace I do not believe it is war or terroristic religion in any form, I think the people need to be left alone.

I take the viewpoint of someone who could never understand such devotion or dedication to religion above all other things. Remember I am a Black man raised in America, religion has never really been a friend to the Black man. As I mentioned it is the invisible hand that guided the whip of slavery. The pope cleared the way for slaves of African descent to be slaves in perpetuity a classification that meant you could not even own a dog, legitimately. As a matter of fact, your life was considered less than that dog’s life. For more on the role of religion and slavery, I encourage you to read “Dirty Little Secrets, by Dr. Claud Anderson”

I have never found any real fascination or love for religion once I saw it made no sense, and basically only offers a fairytale ending to a life of hell you choose to live here on earth!

I was raised in the church and it just didn’t make sense. I do believe in God but not enough to die for it. Not enough to kill for God either. That is because I knew what choice and freedom were before I knew what religion ever was, although the church was a vital part of my life as a child. Islam and Muslims of their category put Allah 1st above all and that is beautiful.

That dedication to a lifestyle is something to be marveled at instead of something to call wrong and try to break up, as so many outsiders do. America should not try and fight the battles of the Islamic citizens for them, because deep down those citizens are devoted to the 1 thing that ties them all together, their religion.

In my opinion, we will never see a time when there is perfect harmony over there UNTIL outsiders America and all other countries leave them alone and let them sort out their issues amongst themselves. We can’t continue to fight the battles of some of the people and they refuse to fight for themselves. If they ever choose to break away from their religion or at least the sectors that are more traditional decide to form their own more secular version, they are going to have basically developed their own denomination and then fight for their freedom to live and practice it. I do not think they are ever going to independently do that though. Those who can get out will be those who can’t fall in line.

“But Black, what about terrorism?”

“DUH!” I honestly believe if we leave them people alone, we will not see other 9-11 types of attack. If we are really honest with ourselves as Black Americans, they are not at the highest of the list we should actually watching and profiling! As a Black man, I personally don’t even think they cross the top 10 of people we need to be worried about from a Black perspective. I think also if we stop trying to make places into little remote Americas, terrorism pointed at America will cease. Now could there be other factors at play? Yes! But once we stop trying to turn all countries against their foundational building blocks which we look at as not progressive etc. Into “America” then we will never actually address any other areas where real help could factor in.

In Closing

The people of Afghanistan know who they are. Period. Regardless of how many American secular and gender-based rules and dogmatic messages America tries to push on them, they honestly will never as a whole buy-in. It will never happen because it basically goes against 100% of how they are born and formed as adults from childhood.

Especially those who have never experienced anything outside their own areas. The people who have relatives living in other places who have a different way of life may influence them to want something different, but the message is already engrained and supported by their religion which means more than even their physical flesh body here on earth!

Do not take this as “Anti-American” “Anti-Women & Girls Rights” or “Anti-_____” it is the total opposite! It is actually as American as you could be because America was (on paper) founded on FREEDOM! That is the story we have been sold that American’s are free! In that thought, America should never try and change people’s desire to be whomever they want to be. Now should we help them, humanitarian-wise? Yes! We should also defend ourselves with prejudice, against any terrorist attacks if need be, as well. But to change their way of life, and interject ourselves in their business as a nation. No that is wrong! That is denying them their freedom, even though we are selling a message that says FREEDOM is what we are all about!

Hypocrisy… interesting seems to be another American value!
